1. Company Information

This Website, https://www.dubaiblingconcierge.com (the “Website”), and the luxury concierge services described on it, are operated by The Deib Company L.L.C-FZ, licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under licence number 2533907.01, trading as Dubai Bling Luxury Concierge (“Dubai Bling”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Dubai Bling Luxury Concierge is a trading name of The Deib Company L.L.C-FZ and is not a separate legal entity. Full company details appear in our Legal Notice / Company Information.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking (directly online or through us), or accepting a bespoke proposal, you (“you”, the “Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Terms”).

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking, and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems.

4. Our Role as a Luxury Concierge

Dubai Bling is a luxury concierge business (Concierge Services, activity code 8110.99). We curate, present, organise, facilitate and coordinate premium experiences, transport, hospitality and lifestyle services in Dubai and, where applicable, other locations. Depending on the specific service, we may act as:

• A concierge and organiser, curating and coordinating an experience;
• A booking facilitator or intermediary, arranging a service with an independent third-party service provider;
• A coordinator of bespoke, multi-supplier experiences.

Most experiences, transport and activities we present are not owned or operated by us but by independent third-party service providers, professional booking platforms, experience operators or vehicle rental companies (together, “Service Providers”).

5. Online Bookings, Booking Technology and How a Reservation Is Made

5.1 Direct online bookings: Certain services can be booked directly on the Website. To provide accurate availability, pricing and confirmation, we may use third-party booking technology, booking systems, application programming interfaces (APIs) or distribution systems (“Booking Technology”).

5.2 Bookings made by us on your behalf: Where you ask us to arrange a booking rather than booking it yourself, we will submit the request to the relevant Service Provider or Booking Technology and confirm the outcome to you.

5.3 Bespoke experiences: Where you request a custom experience, we will design a proposal that may combine several independent Service Providers, coordinated by us.

6. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from the relevant Booking Technology/booking system, the Service Provider, Dubai Bling, or another confirmation expressly indicated to you (e.g. by e-mail, message, or invoice).

7. Availability and Prices

Availability, pricing and inclusions are subject to confirmation and may change before a booking is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency stated at the time of quotation and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.

8. Payment, Deposits and Security Deposits

We or the relevant Service Provider may require full or partial pre-payment and, for certain services (including vehicle rentals and high-value bespoke experiences), a security deposit, disclosed to you before you confirm the booking. Security deposits are refundable subject to applicable terms (no damage, no outstanding fines, tolls, excess mileage or fuel charges).

9. Vehicle Rental Services

Where a service involves a vehicle rental, the vehicle is provided by an independent, third-party vehicle rental company, which is the lessor and operator of the vehicle. Dubai Bling facilitates, coordinates or arranges the booking but is not the owner, operator, insurer or repairer of the vehicle. You must hold a valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle and jurisdiction and comply with all applicable UAE traffic laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with reference to Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
