This Privacy Policy explains how The Deib Company L.L.C-FZ, trading as Dubai Bling Luxury Concierge (“we”, “us”), licensed by Meydan Free Zone (licence no. 2533907.01), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with the Website and our concierge services, acting as data controller unless stated otherwise.

1. Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, telephone number, and where required for specific concierge bookings, passport/Emirates ID copy and date of birth.
  • Booking Information: Enquiries, selected experiences, preferences, dietary or accessibility requests, and correspondence.
  • Communication Records: Records of VIP calls, WhatsApp messaging, and bespoke itinerary requests.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device information, browser type, and cookie identifiers.
  • Payment Confirmation Data: Transaction references and invoicing details. Payment card data is processed directly by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways and never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data & Legal Basis

We process personal data to curate and execute luxury concierge arrangements, facilitate direct and third-party bookings with licensed providers (yacht charters, supercar rental companies, desert operators, Michelin dining establishments), provide 24/7 client support, comply with UAE legal and tax obligations, and, where consented, deliver bespoke private invitations.

3. Sharing Your Data

Where you request a service, necessary booking details are shared exclusively with the relevant licensed Service Provider (e.g. supercar rental agency, yacht captaincy, fine dining maître d') strictly to the extent required to perform your booking. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Security & Data Retention

We implement state-of-the-art technical and organizational encryption measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver services and fulfill statutory accounting obligations.

5. Your Statutory Rights
