• Identity & contact data: name, email, telephone, passport/Emirates ID (where required for identification/vehicle rental), date of birth.
• Booking information: services enquired or booked, preferences, special requests.
• Bespoke request data: occasion, group size, dietary or accessibility requirements.
• Communication data: records of calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.
• Technical data: IP address, device information, cookies data.
• Payment confirmation data: transaction details and invoicing data (full card credentials are processed via secure payment providers and never stored by us).

We use your personal data to process bookings, communicate with you, coordinate with independent Service Providers (yacht operators, vehicle rental companies, drivers), process payments, comply with UAE legal/tax obligations, and send marketing communications (where consented).
